Babies are adorable. I think we can all agree to that. But baby elephants are above and beyond normal cute levels. 🙂 Before we get started on the adorable picture I have just know that the cute will have to come to an end at some point.
I know that this blog is about safari animals, but I thought that it would be cool to talk about some normal animals as well. So here is a post about non safari animals.

I personally like dogs, cats, and birds, and I really want to get a mouse! But here is the question:
Do you you like dogs or cats better? It is a hard question and I have an answer that can let you like them equally:
You like them BOTH!! I own a dog, and like cats but some people just like some over the other. It really depends with me but usually I like them equally!

I decided to write about the cheetah this week because they are amazing animals. The cheetah  is the world’s fastest land animal. They can run 70 mph (or 110 kph), which is as fast as cars drive on the highway. That is incredible! I could ride a cheetah to school and get there in the same amount of time or less. I also love their patterns, no two cheetah’s are exactly alike, and I know people say that all of the time, but it’s true, and I think that it is kind of amazing. There are 7,100 cheetahs left in the wild, and all of them have a different pattern on them. Another cool fact is that the cheetah can reach its top speed in just 3 seconds! That is really fast, and I feel bad for any of its prey.

Elephants are one of my favorite animals. I love how big they are, and how graceful they seem when they walk. Did you know that an elephant’s foot generally measures 40 – 50 centimeters in length and width and has a circumference of about 1.34 meters. I LOVE elephants, and the first stuffed animal I ever got was an elephant. I love everything about them, especially there big ears. Did you know that an African elephant’s ears are shaped like the African continent? Its pretty cool huh? Now I have a lot more elephant stuffed animals!
